Dhruman comes with an experience of 12+ years in banking and financial services with expertise in credit underwriting, analytics, and credit impairment. He was previously employed with Credit Suisse and Ujjivan Small Finance Bank, driving multiple assignments around regulatory reporting, portfolio management, impairment loss forecasting and credit risk modeling.

In his tenure with Ujjivan, he was part of the initial team who built the individual loan business for Maharashtra & Gujarat before he moved on a role to manage credit analytics and reporting for the bank. He has strong understanding on the fundamentals of credit risk management in lending industry and management of credit impairments. He has also driven the several projects like data warehousing and business intelligence, designing and implementation of application scorecards, employee reward programs and various process automations to improve efficiency and accuracy. Later, he took up an opportunity to lead the microfinance credit team for Maharashtra & Gujarat portfolio and was a part of regional executive team. During his stint with Credit Suisse, he managed credit impairment for investment bank portfolio under USGAAP regulations and ensured appropriate governance and controls.

He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Electronics & Communication from UVPCE, Kherva and is a postgraduate in Marketing & Finance from SDMIMD, Mysore. He is also a certified post-graduate in business analytics and business intelligence from the University of Texas at Austin. He loves travelling and watching football on weekends.
