Having had a front-row seat to Ujjivan’s growth, he actively contributed to the company’s evolution into a significant player in the financial sector.

During his tenure at Ujjivan, he established several of the initial branches in Bengaluru and Mysore. Later, he managed and grew the business in Bengaluru and Mumbai until 2018. Subsequently, at L & T Finance, he built, managed, and scaled businesses in Karnataka, Maharashtra, Punjab, and Haryana. He managed Madhya Pradesh, Gujrat & Chattisgarh as Deputy zonal manager. He also gained experience in managing industry crises in Assam. In his final role, he managed a portfolio of 1000 Cr and led a team of 600 people across 72 branches. He showcased his crisis management prowess during the tumultuous times of the COVID-19 pandemic, skillfully navigating the challenges posed by the crisis. This ensured efficient operations and successful collection strategies even in the face of adversity.
