Abhijit comes with trailblazing experience of 8+ years in Banking and Payments with expertise in Digital Payments, Technology and Product Management.

He was previously employed with Jana Small Finance Bank as AVP-Digital Banking and played a pivotal role in the launch and management of Digital Banking Units. He has also streamlined and reshaped the Bank’s Internet Banking and Mobile Banking channels making them more user friendly, feature rich and secure. During his time at Genpact as a UPI Product Manager, he showcased his ability to navigate complex product landscapes where he worked with Payment giants like Meta and Google supporting the UPI Payments platform WhatsApp Payments and Google Pay. He was also a part of Ujjivan’s transition team and managed the retailer segment. He was pivotal in introducing groundbreaking offerings such as the Business Edge Current Account and BusiMoni OD, catering to the unique needs of retailers.

At the core of his achievements, lies a profound commitment in enhancing customer experiences by establishing strategic partnership with major fintech players like BillDesk, Bijlipay, Mswipe, and CCAvenue, adding value to the services offered. From starting his position as Management Associate till now, Abhijit has consistently demonstrated an unyielding passion for innovation and growth. His contributions have been instrumental in successful Product launches and introducing forward looking solutions. He holds a Bachelor of Technology degree in Computer Science from DBIT, Bangalore and is a postgraduate in Marketing & Operations from SDMIMD, Mysore. He is also a certified post-graduate in Customer Behavior, Mergers and Acquisition, Technology Management and Innovation from the Shanghai University, China. He is also conferred with Gold medal for excellent performance in Marketing.
