Operations Lead

InPrime Finserv is looking for Operations Lead with 6-8 years of experience in central operations function in financial services.

Role Description:

1. Set-up central ops function – Team Building & Implementation of best operational practices
2. Building Operations SOPs, Policies and Guidelines
3. Owning end-to-end central operations of loan lifecycle
4. Establishes and implements risk control processes
5. Managing Disbursement, Repayments, Reconciliation, Accounting & Banking, Loan Advances and Closure, Insurance applications & claims
6. Ensuring operational deliverables in defined TAT and QoS and inline with compliance and operational guidelines

Location: InPrime Head Office – HSR, Bangalore
