During his tenure, Rohit managed an impressive portfolio of ₹3,500 crores and led a workforce of over 1,800 professionals. His leadership extended to overseeing the liability business for microfinance customers and establishing rural branches in North India when Ujjivan transitioned into a bank. His vision and execution ensured the successful rollout and management of rural branch liability operations across the region.
